Genomic libraries for homologous recombination-based engineering
Pseudomonas Cosmid Libraries
Our Pseudomonas cosmid libraries comprise collections of clones, each carrying a 25–40 kb chromosomal DNA fragment. The large insert size provides extensive native homology surrounding target genes, making the clones suitable for homologous recombination-based genome engineering, including targeted gene deletions and chromosomal modifications.
All cosmids are end-sequenced for reliable clone identification and maintained as self-replicating circular plasmids in E. coli.
To identify the appropriate clone, simply search for your gene of interest in the integrated JBrowse2 Genome Browser. The browser automatically highlights the cosmids covering the selected locus, allowing you to review gene content and add the desired clone directly to your order.
